If a woman gets regular periods every month and for some reason her period got skipped for 2-3 months, then she should consult gynecologist because it increases the chance of PCOD, PCOS or Menopause. Women whose period get skip should add exercise or yoga in daily routine.

2. Diarrhea or vomiting:

Women experience vomiting due to stomach upset and they also avoid eating meals in periods. But excessive diarrhea or vomiting in periods women get into trouble like dehydration or abdominal pain in this situation they should consult doctors immediately.

3. Severe Pain:
